The game that introduced me to The Legend of Zelda series was Ocarina of Time. As a child, my older sister and I would watch our dad play it on our Nintendo 64. Even though I was only 4 years-old at the time, Impa's first appearance made a big impression on me. The mystery surrounding her and her people intrigued me, and she grew to become one of my favorites in the game.

Years later, when I was old enough to really play the game myself (instead of giving up after getting all three Spiritual Stones, ahem), she still remained as one of my favorites. I found myself looking forward to all her scenes in the game and, later, to all of her different reincarnations beyond Ocarina of Time. Annnddd... I may have wasted thousands upon thousands of Deku Nuts, spamming them at random just to imitate the ultra cool flashy thing she does whenever she disappears. I still do, whoops.
